What is your turnaround time?​​

Sample Development:
Our usual turnaround for samples is about 6–8 weeks, depending on what we currently have in our pipeline.

 

Production:
Full production typically takes 3–4 months, depending on existing projects and how quickly we receive all materials (patterns, fabrics, labels).

We can begin production once your patterns are finalized and all required materials are in-house.

What is your minimum order quantity?​​

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 units per style.

How do I get started?​​

Easy! Here’s a quick overview:

1. Fill out our intake form on the website.

2. We’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather more info about your brand and needs.

3. If you already have styles, samples, or patterns, we can jump into pattern making.

4. Once we know which style(s) you're moving forward with, we’ll provide a cost estimate for patterns, samples, and production.

What are your shipping & return policies?​​

• You’re welcome to ship fabric to us, especially if you’re placing an order.

• Please note: our space is limited, so we try to avoid holding excess fabric for long periods.

• Returns are not accepted for custom manufacturing once production begins, but we’re here to guide you through every step to ensure your satisfaction from the start.

Do you offer customization options?​​

Yes! We specialize in helping brands develop custom products from start to finish.

You can bring your own:

• Designs or tech packs

• Fabrics

• Labels and packaging

 

We’ll guide you through pattern development, sampling, and final production to ensure your custom vision comes to life.
