Pattern Grading
Sizes are carefully graded with precision and consistency to ensure a reliable, comfortable fit across every style. Each size maintains the original design’s integrity, allowing garments to move naturally with real people and support everyday wear.
Pattern Cut
Fabric is thoughtfully and precisely cut using both hand and machine techniques to ensure accuracy and reduce waste. Every cut is made with care and intention, honoring the integrity of the design and the craftsmanship of each piece, proudly made in Hawaiʻi.

Full Scale Production
Our full-scale production is carried out entirely in Hawaiʻi, from the first sample to the final run. Ship your chosen fabric, labels, and trims to us. Once we receive all materials and confirm details, we’ll schedule your order for cutting and sewing.
5. Sample Approval
We’ll produce samples for your approval before moving to full production. This step ensures everything meets your expectations.
6. Production Begins
Once your samples are approved and payment is confirmed, we move into production. Our usual turnaround time is 3–4 months, depending on current workload and material availability. one of your services

2. Receive a Follow-Up
We’ll send you a detailed form to gather more information about your styles, sizing, fabric choices, design files, and production timeline and

If you already have patterns or tech packs, great! If not, we’ll work with you to develop patterns and get your styles production-ready.
